Estate Sale Services
This service is designed for a full estate or downsizing move.

What you Pay:

Flat rate of $1500.00 plus GST

After 40 cumulative hours have been worked and accounted for, there will be an additional charge of $25.00 per hour plus GST, per worker
What Services you Get:

Organizing, researching (where necessary), pricing, and staging of items in the dwelling

Marketing of an in-person sale on multiple online platforms
-
Operation of an in-person sale

Arranging for charitable donations and disposal servicers for unsold items following the sale

General cleaning of the dwelling following the sale
We will meet with you beforehand to discuss what needs to be sold, and exchange other pertinent information, then we will get to work.
In general, we will need about a week to complete all the work required, starting on a Tuesday, and ending on a Tuesday. Larger estates may take more time.
Small-scale Downsizing Services
Smaller scale downsizing services are available, and we can cater to every level of need.

If you are downsizing from a house to a condo, or are moving long distances, and can't take everything with you we can host a small-scale sale in your dwelling, and can provide similar services to a full estate sale.
What you Pay:

Flat Rate of $650.00 plus GST

After 15 cumulative hours have been worked and accounted for, there will be an additional charge of $27.50 per hour plus GST, per worker
What Services you Get:

Organization, pricing, staging, and operation on an in-person sale

Marketing of an in-person sale on multiple platforms

General clean-up of the space utilized after the sale

Appraisal Services
What you Pay:

$35.00 flat rate plus GST for up to one hour of work

$27.50 per hour plus GST for each additional hour worked
What Services you Get:

Appraisal(s) from a certified and accredited personal property appraiser

Observation of item(s)

Research of item(s) (where necessary) to come to a fair market valuation
-
Receipt of a detailed appraisal report.
I appraise mostly antiques, collectibles, general housewares, tools, and yard equipment.
