Prairie Roads Estate Services is dedicated to providing client focused estate and downsizing services. Our Story

Prairie Roads Estate Services was created in early 2024 to answer the call for more estate and downsizing services. 

 

Selling the items of an estate or downsizing can be difficult, both emotionally and logistically. 

 

At Prairie Roads Estate Services we are committed to helping you take those next steps, always with the attention and compassion tailored to your specific needs.  We pride ourselves on integrity and efficiency, which in turn lower costs for you and more value retained.

Prairie Roads Estate Services Inc. was founded by me, Brenden Easton, in the Spring of 2024. 

 

I started Prairie Roads Estate Services for a number of reasons. Realistically, those reasons can be narrowed down to main drivers:

ONE:   I saw a need for more estate sale and downsizing service options in the community;

 

AND​

​

 TWO:  I felt like I could and, more importantly, wanted to help!

​

I have experience in providing both estate sale and downsizing services.  Additionally, I am an accredited and certified Personal Property Appraiser through the Canadian Personal Property Appraiser's Group. and can provide some appraisal services as well.

Experience

I have assisted in a number of estate sales over the past couple of  years, and have experience in all areas of the industry.  This includes:

​

  • researching items for determination on appropriate price for sale

  • organizing items for sale

  • staging for sale

  • conducting general sale operations

  • having working relationships with community based non-profit charities for charitable donations  and disposal of unsold/unclaimed items

​

I also have experience in appraising antiques, collectibles, general housewares, outdoor gear, and tools.
